The American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), a nonprofit professional organization established in 1950, strives to protect and enhance our member’s ability to practice their profession. AIBD is committed to providing quality continuing education to ensure that our members remain current with technology, materials, and building codes. AIBD is also committed to establishing and maintaining professional relationships with other trade, business, and professional organizations within the design and construction industry.

The Sonoma County Farm Bureau’s mission is to represent, protect and advance the social, economic, and educational interests of the farmers and ranchers of Sonoma County. Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association assists its members in the operations of successful manufactured home communities in today’s complex business and regulatory environment. WMA is a statewide trade association whose members are committed to the success of the manufactured housing industry offering numerous continuing education opportunities.
California Manufactured Housing Institute, established as a non-profit professional and trade association. CMHI has proudly represented builders of factory constructed homes, retailers, financial services, developers and community owners and their supplier companies. The Institute was founded to advance the availability of factory constructed homes by promoting the sale of factory constructed housing and the development of desirable sites and communities in California.
The Manufactured Housing Institute is the only national trade organization representing all segments of the factory-built housing industry. MHI members include home builders, retailers, community operators, lenders, suppliers and affiliated state organizations.
The organization is a trusted partner, advocate and industry leader that provides its members with a comprehensive range of educational, operational, networking and advocacy resources to learn, to lead and to succeed.
Manufactured housing is an important source of affordable housing for 22 million households across the country. The factory-built housing industry produces about 90,000 homes a year and contributes around $2.6 billion to the U.S. economy.
